1. Digital Product Nature

All products sold on Digital Learning are digital eBooks delivered electronically. As such, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase is completed and the download link or access is provided.

2. Exceptions – Defective or Corrupted Files

If you are unable to download the eBook or if the file is corrupted or incomplete, please contact our support team within 7 days of your purchase. We will make every effort to assist you by:

  • Replacing the file.
  • Re-sending the download link.
  • Providing alternate access if needed.

    Inn the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect ebook, we will provide a replacement or a suitable resolution upon verifying the issue. Please reach out to our support team within 7 days of the purchase date, providing the relevant details of the problem. The replacement ebook will be send via email within 5-7 days.

3. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchased the same eBook more than once, please contact us within 7 days of the duplicate transaction. We may review the situation and issue a refund for the additional purchase upon verification.

If refund is approved, an amount will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
